How can you prepare for delivery?

Before your spa can begin production, you’ll need to complete the following items: Site Approval, Electrical Approval, Final Payment.

Site Approval

Help our installers avoid surprises at the time of delivery by sharing a preview of the delivery path and the spa’s foundation. Although some homes may require an in person site-visit, most site approvals can be given remotely using a few photos of your property

To receive site approval, please text some photos of the following items to (801) 737-4515.

  • The delivery path
  • The spa pad
  • Any obstacles

Electrical Approval

Your electrical supply should be completely installed prior to the installation of your hot tub.

  • The GFCI breaker
  • The Whip (Conduit + Wire + Fitting)

Final Payment

Before the production of your spa can begin, your order must be paid in full. Final payment can be made using one of the following payment methods:

  • Debit Card
  • Special Financing

How do I learn more about your financing options?
If you have not previously applied for the Wells Fargo Outdoor Solutions program, please contact a member of our team to learn about our current financing options.
What if I completed the financing application when I purchased my spa?
If you have already completed the Wells Fargo Outdoor Solutions application, our team will complete your transaction the day of your delivery. No further action is required on your part.
