How to clean the filters in your Bullfrog Spas S150 or S200 swim spa.
Why are one of the swim spa’s jet streams not as strong as the others?
Behind each of the fountain streamers, there is a small filter designed to capture debris before it contacts the streamer’s face plate. This filter can easily be removed and cleaned periodically using the steps below.
1. Remove stainless steel trim
Using your hands, rotate the stainless steel trim counter clockwise 45 degrees.
2. Remove plastic Face Plate
Carefully remove the grey plastic face plate. This assembly may have some silicon lubricant on it—be sure to clean any silicon that comes in contact with the spa’s shell.
3. Remove stream filter
Using a pair of needle-nose pliers, carefully remove the clear plastic filter.
4. Clean the filter
Hold the filter under some running water, or brush the underside lightly to remove debris.
5. Re-install the filter
Follow these steps in reverse to re-install the filter assembly.
