- Bullfrog warrants the Patio Performance spa cover against defects in materials or workmanship not determined to be regular fading or wear for 3 years from the original spa purchase date.

- Wait up to 40 days for warranty approval and then get a replacement cover

What is the timeline for warranty replacements?
From start to finish, replacing a panel under warranty can take as long as 60 business days. Here’s a breakdown of the steps required to complete a warranty replacement.
- Gathering information; Timeline: Customer Responsibility
- The process can not begin until you reply with photos of the problem. Alternatively, you can request to have someone from our team drive out and take photos for a trip fee.
- Pre-Approval Phase; Timeline: 5-10 Business days
- During this time a member of the manufacturer’s warranty team will review the provided images and make a decision on warranty approval.
- Ordering Cover Phase; Timeline: 1-14 Business days
- During this phase we locate the replacement cover. Though we stock a majority of covers, we often must order an exact replacement from the manufacturer and are subject to production and shipping times.
- Installation Phase; Timeline 1-14 Business days
- As soon as the parts are available, a service appointment will be scheduled. During the busy season, an appointment may not be available for up to 14 Business days.
