When pouring a new concrete pad for your spa, you have the option to “stub up” the conduit through the pad, directly into the bottom of the swim spa. Use the measurements below for the Cal Spas model 1325.
- Locate the front of the spa. The front of the spa is the side with the control panel.
- Measure in 22″ from the right of the spa, and 5″ from the front.
- Stub 1” PVC into a valve box. (CLICK HERE for a valve box)
- After the concrete has been poured, attach four feet of 3/4″ – 1″ flexible conduit to the valve box.
- Pull wire, leaving an additional foot of wire beyond the four feet of flexible conduit.
