What is covered?
From the Bullfrog Spas Warranty:
- Warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels, and the molded spa base.
- EternaWood Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) & EnduraBase™ are warranted against degradation and cracking for five years from purchase date. Defective items will be replaced under the terms of this warranty.
How do I submit a claim?
Text photos of panel and serial number to (801) 737-4515. Please also take a photo from 20 feet away to show any outside influence.
What is the timeline for Warranty replacements?
From start to finish, replacing a panel under warranty can take as long as 40 business days. Here’s a breakdown of the steps required to complete a warranty replacement:
- Gathering Information; Timeline: Customer Responsibility
- The process can not begin until you reply with photos of the problem. Alternatively, you can request to have someone from our team drive out and take photos for a trip fee.
- Pre-Approval Phase; Timeline: 5-10 Business days
- During this time a member of the manufacturer’s warranty team will review the provided images and make a decision on warranty approval.
- Ordering Parts Phase; Timeline: 1-14 Business days
- During this phase we locate the replacement parts. Though we stock a majority of panels, we often must order an exact replacement from the manufacturer and are subject to production and shipping times.
- Installation Phase; Timeline 1-14 Business days
- As soon as the parts are available, a service appointment will be scheduled. During the busy season, an appointment may not be available for up to 14 Business days.
