- Bullfrog warrants the surface finish of the Bullfrog Spa not to crack, wrinkle, blister, peel or delaminate for seven years from the original spa purchase date.

What Is The Timeline For Warranty Replacements?
From start to finish, replacing a spa under warranty can take as long as 60 business days. Here’s a breakdown of the steps required to complete a warranty replacement:
- Gathering Information; Timeline: ??
- The process can not begin until you reply with photos of the problem. Alternatively, you can request to have someone from our team drive out and take photos for a trip fee.
- Pre-Approval Phase; Timeline: 5-10 Business days
- During this time a member of the manufacturer’s warranty team will review the provided images and make a decision on warranty approval. A few things may happen from here:
Spa Replacement
- Ordering A Replacement Spa Phase; Timeline: 14-21 Business days
- During this phase we order a replacement spa and wait for it to complete production.
- Installation Phase; Timeline 7-21 Business days
- As soon as the parts are available, a service appointment will be scheduled. During the busy season, an appointment may not be available for up to 14 Business days.
Spa Repair
- Repair Phase; Timeline: 14-21 Business days
- We will attempt a repair of the acrylic to the best of our abilities.
